A small artist's studio located in Cannes’ historic neighbourhood, the Suquet, and decorated with original pieces.

The Suquet is well-known for its independent shops and restaurants and is a 5-10 minute walk away from all of the main Cannes attractions, including the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the beach, the old port, and Rue d’Antibes.

The studio has been recently remodelled and comprises a living room space with a comfortable fold-out sofa and a dining area. There is a separate kitchen and a shower room.

The apartment can accommodate up to two people sharing the fold-out sofa.

Each of our serviced properties are fully furnished. A daily housekeeping option is available upon request for an additional charge.
