Two stylish studio apartments available in the same building, one with an original feature wall and both with boho décor touches. They each have their own front door and keys and are located in the same building, one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor.

The studios are located in Cannes’ historic neighborhood, the Suquet.

The Suquet is well-known for its independent shops and restaurants and is a 5-10 minute walk away from all of the main Cannes attractions, including the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the beach, the old port, and Rue d’Antibes (Cannes’ main shopping street).

The studios have both been recently remodelled and redecorated. Each features a kitchenette, a new stone bathroom and a small dining table with chairs.

The studios can each accommodate up to two people, as there are two single beds in the room. There is space to push them apart if needed.

Each of our serviced properties are fully furnished. A daily housekeeping option is available upon request for an additional charge.
