A magnificent two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse located six minutes’ walk away from rue d’Antibes with its shops and restaurants  – and an eleven-minute walk from the beach, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals.

It features a very large roof terrace (130m2) with a superb 360 view of Cannes, the sea and the surrounding hills. The roof terrace hosts a dining area, an outdoor lounge, a hot tub and a cooking station. (The access to the roof terrace is via a staircase from the kitchen).

The penthouse has been recently remodelled and comprises a large, bright, and stylish living room space with a dining area. There is a separate new and modern kitchen. In addition to the roof terrace, there are two wide balconies, one south-facing.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people, in two bedrooms. The two bathrooms are tiled with marble.
